An internal stuff survey carried out last year, and obtained by ITV, found that 21% of those who replied βhave personally experienced or observed discrimination, bullying and/or harassment in the workplace over the last 12 monthsβ.

Lynn Sweeney last year had a bullying grievance upheld
She was signed off work and never returned but said she was repeatedly pressured by senior management to return and to drop the complaint.
βAt the end of the day, I loved my job,β she said. βBut I hated the culture.β
