In a statement, Scottish fire and rescue service chief officer Stuart Stevens said a confidential service had been launched to allow staff to report issues anonymously.
He added that bullying and harassment were 'not tolerated'.

The former firefighter said: βBullying and harassment, combined with immoral and unethical behaviours has become commonplace.β
Of these, 45 per cent reported the behaviour internally
Worryingly, just 17 per cent of people who escalated concerns were satisfied with the outcome
The remaining 83 per cent said they were unhappy with how the service handled the situation
An internal stuff survey carried out last year, and obtained by ITV, found that 21% of those who replied βhave personally experienced or observed discrimination, bullying and/or harassment in the workplace over the last 12 monthsβ.
