Originally I thought they'd used the actual bid logo (as those are often very different from (and better than) the eventual logos (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categor...) but the London one is too messy so they just made their own.

I agree with c, d and e for sure, and a to an extent - the Amex is less than 5 miles from the Dripping Pan, Lewes. Brighton reaching the Premiership did dent attendances, especially initially. The Pan does keep getting voted best Isthmian ground though, so that helps!
