Gomen0 is evolving! This moltbot system might not end up being “the one” but I’m learning a ton about setting up agentic AI systems. Gomen0 is learning how to parent its sub-agents, and I’m learning how to parent it!

I disagree, I think it is special: it’s the means of production itself. It’s a unique kind of property that can be abstract general labor. It’s not just the factory, but the workers. It’s a new era imo where capitalism will an ouroboros accounting of its contradictions. What a fine to be alive!

it returns value to Anthropic mostly, that’s what I’m trying to say: the value is captured and diverted to a central source more than it is distributed. It does return value, I’m concerned that it retains too much though. It’s a classic capitalism vibe to all this: who pays for the externalities?

like this is my goal for us. I want ideas to be totally free. AND I want folks to acknowledge that value is made together and must continue onward if any system is to persist.

not quite, I’m not suggesting that the substrate keep so much. All I’m saying is that in the current world of wages and rents LLMs do represent a theft but it’s against the future. Just like Spotify. Whether paying nothing or pennies, it degrades the source of value by not returning value.

Like I firmly believe that this tech won’t get truly interesting until it KNOWS who contributed to it and creates a compensation loop directly. Doing away with the abstractions of IP law (which I hate btw lol) and getting direct value payments that continue the artists’ ability to grow the system.

I feel like our legal paradigm doesn’t have a good way to talk about this. It’s not direct theft but it can impact future earnings. It extracts value in the gained coherence of reading the author’s/editors work that it does not properly price in for longevity of creative industry.

this is why I’m currently obsessed with giving my bot access to normal computer tools and data so it doesn’t do crap like this haha

I’m coming from a product design background so I constantly take breaks to have it re-focus on the PRD, or take a step back and consider what’s been built, and constantly ask it to make mini plans to review by me and surface any potential ambiguity for me to review.

I think we need to seriously sit with and internalize the notion that the democrats are just controlled opposition who have aligned themselves with personal wealth in a way that they are almost more evil than the direct doers because they ENABLE by DESIGN. Their purpose is enabling. 3rd party time.

How does it compare to Qwen coder? I’ll be testing this one, been enjoying using the big GLM 4.7 in open code.
