Very true, and very sad.

I see it as an unwillingness to feel discomfort. To feel wrong, stupid or vulnerable, despite the fact that it is those feelings that make a lot of art great.
To be right rather than to be honest.
They will judge art based on rules and guidelines, and never ask if they were broke for a reason.

I find that when I talk to some people about art, that they are not looking for the same things I am.
They are not looking for the person behind the piece the work, thoughts and ideas they put into it.
It is a lack of curriosity in both other people and themselves, and that saddens me.

There is so much beauty in this series, cant wait for more.

Have not given myself time for digital art so i have to post some sketches again.

Having homebrewed a lot on my own games, I am fairly interested in how one would navigate multiple rules references and not slow down the game.
I do find myself forgetting even my own rules at time, so have been trying to figure out a good way to organise it.

Made this forever ago and lost it somewhere in a folder but finally found it again.

The extra claws and legs on the head makes me think she is some sort of paracite on a human body. Very cute.

I dont think it is possible to get where i want with art, but i also look back and see i am more capable than i ever thought i would be.
There is simply so much to learn that even understanding only a fraction can change you.
