For what it's worth I called Jay scum and got 11 accounts nuked (detailed in my pinned-one of them blacksky). The below is what I was given as a reason for permanent suspension of the account that skeeted she's scum, all the others got the same.

It's interesting you say that, I've had accounts suspended before and normally I suddenly don't have an account, but one time it (a bluesky account) behaved as my blacksky account is now for several hours before regular ban circumstances. Certainly indicates different forms of suspension.

And I was wrong about follows, I can in fact seem to follow anyone, but i'm unable to view my followers/following lists.

Interesting question! I just tested it, I can reskeet and comment any but when going to them directly (via the popup shown below) I get a 'comment not found' as though it were deleted. Tested on both a bluesky user and a blacksky user.
