Well, one night back in Philly and my sinuses are going crazy. I'm going to blame my headache on lack of sleep from the time zone change.

Just spent two days driving around California in search of a town within 90 minutes of my sister's house where I might want to live next year.

Pennsylvania does everything so bass-ackwards. I renewed my driver's license "online," but I still have to come in person to get my picture taken. Fifteen minutes before opening and the line is already like 50 people long.

Had a lovely weekend watching MRDA qualifiers. I was lucky enough to see three of the teams play in person in Philadelphia recently.

Okay, I kind of ignored this platform for the last few months, but I'm back. I just wish more of my people were here! Otherwise it's just another place to see the same old reposts that are on that other platform.

Well, in my vacation haze I never saw this, but it was a good day! Rode the ferry across part of Lake Superior among other things.

Pre-vacation spring cleaning, cooking, and working on cosplay bits this weekend.

We were going to hit the farmers market tomorrow, but it started raining last night and isn't going to stop until tomorrow night, so that's right out. So I guess I'll walk home in the rain, read a book, eat good foods, and reset so I'm ready for next week.

Was NOT fast in Philadelphia, at least not in my brain! Finishing up the work week. Hoping things go smoothly between now and 6pm.

Person had to move the trap out from under my chairs out front to open it. So fucking pissed. It's going to storm tonight so I probably won't have another chance this weekend, especially if the cat is scared of the trap now.

Full of rage. Cat I've been trying to trap walked in, and some fucker let him out before I could get to him. Cat was in the trap for less than 5 minutes and was directly in front of my house.

Saturday: Work, farmer's market, grocery store, home, lunch. T is baking bread and I'm drinking wine between loads of laundry.Trixie is chilling on my lap. Might start a new book today.

Longest week EVER.

One of our possums got hit by a car last night. We just got him out of the street with as much dignity as possible. RIP, little guy. 🙁
