Stop Independence and Save The NHS

Wales is at a crucial turning point. In a little over two months we will have a new government in the Senedd.

Will that government be focussed on cuts or ambition?

It's up to Wales to decide.

Perhaps unsurprisingly neither Reform or the Conservatives sent a representative. They don't seem to care about care.

Health and Social Care make up a lot of the Welsh Government budget. I was happy to be able to share the @libdems.org.uk approaches and policies this evening. Thank you to the Bevan Commission for organising and to @willhaycardiff.bsky.social for hosting.

Standing in endless airport queues wasn’t on the side of a bus, but it’s now part of the reality of travelling post-Brexit. Longer queues, stricter restrictions, and more expensive travel - is this what we were promised?

I have today been informed that, despite personal assurances to the contrary, the Green party have once again used my image and misrepresented my words on a second leaflet circulated in Gorton and Denton ahead of the by-election. I have now lodged an official complaint with the returning officer.

Delivering more higher education programmes through FE would bring higher level skills to areas of deprivation. Focus should be on HE participation overall, not on England v Wales

Limiting opportunity and ambition by bribing Welsh students to stay in Wales. 😑 Working with the sector to increase the number of English students studying in Wales would be a better way to support both Welsh students and the economy

Merlin Strategy, run by Scarlet Maguire (formerly of JL Partners) is Farage's favoured polling company. Until very recently, registered at the same address as the Brexit Party's old one.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
