Hepatic Encephalopathy is a thing though, particularly after surgeries where I was on heavy meds. Lactulose is a life saver in this case.

I can't tolerate solids or liquids. Dicyclomine isn't touching the pain. I am already a size 10. My 12s is falling down. This picture is my highlight of this week.

Hope you're feeling better. For future reference, in going to ER, you need to have a fever of 102F (39C) for more than 24 hours or immediately if you're at or over 104F (40C).

Save your money and take Tylenol for your fever if it's under 102F.

Now it's a new week. I'm not in the hospital. I'm caught up with work. I got a 3rd job after receiving an urgent email saying they needed me the day I got out of the hospital. I'm just stunned right now. I have no words.

Bad news though is that my HCC lesion grew 1.5 cm since last year.

So, I lost enough weight to have my hernias reopened and my small bowel decided to make a run for it.

Spent the weekend in the hospital, had hernia repair on Monday and my bowels put back where they are supposed to be.

I still have 50+ pounds to go. 💀 At least I'm home now.
