How do you balance chores, errands, work, career building side projects, relationships, and basic bio functions like food and sleep?

I'm not dating and don't have kids, so I don't have that excuse, but also don't have any one to share the responsibility and I'm tuckered.

It's time for me to start caring and using less brain power to remember my last 12 passwords to roughly a gazillion sites.

Someone explain to me why I, the non-customer facing education content creator, know more about these accounts, their goals, and the people in them than their AEs.

Also a comp sci girlie and a gamer who has these stories. Same in math too, often as I was helping explain a problem set or why women didn't need extra - just acceptance and inclusion.
