well, then from my perspective if it proves informative

I've been on the higher doses (I think max on adderall, or one bump below. one or two bumps below max vyvanse currently, unsure on its limits)

and, well, I'm asking the question on if they've gone away for others... so uh...

yeah, I've been on varying dosages of two of the main stimulants thus far with largely the same effects

we've discussed trying out some other kinds a bit later on after a bit of a holding period to make sure i stay stable with job stress rather than continue shaking things up

still comforts me somewhat since the psych wasn't familiar with that despite my familiarity with it being mentioned in several anecdotal stories from others

but the fact that nothing mitigated it and made things quiet like people said made me doubt. like i... tricked diagnosis

i ask because this has been a common thread in my treatment.

it's always there if something isn't playing over it. usually repeating a snippet of whatever i heard/thought of last

my understanding of medication treatment is that it typically causes "mental quiet"

but none have stopped that for me
