Definitely could be a Freemason anchor, but this man did cross the Atlantic at least once. 🙂

Older arc-top gravestone with a cross carved on the face above a language that may be something like Armenian. Only the birth and death years (1878-1914) are easy to understand for an American photographer.

The #language on this stone and the person memorialized here in the middle of the USA remain a mystery to me.
