I didn’t care for The Four Winds either — but I liked The Women. She feels like an uneven writer to me. Some books are great, others not so much.

Good for you! It’s not easy. I’ve heard the thing to do is try different styles of masks, too…. Might make the process easier for you?

I started mine back in February. It does take some time to adjust, but the payoff of lovely deep sleep is well worth it. Keep trying!
