When Labour, meaning the Labour government, sends its people … They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems to us. They’re bringing xenophobia. They’re bringing transphobia. They’re landlords. And some, I assume, are good people.

It's hard not to conclude that the aim here is to just exclude trans people from society altogether.

I am familiar with the downsides - they are why we didn't want to leave the EU in the first place. This is something the government could be doing right now to mitigate the damage. No trade deal it has or could sign would be as good as better access to the EU.

What would make it easier would be be proper regulation. Mandatory notifications about unreliability and inaccuracy. Mandatory markers for AI content. Enforcement of copyright law on these companies in the first place.

My first interaction was when he turned up to my 2019 hustings instead of the green candidate and spent the whole evening attacking the Lib Dems instead of well doing anything useful. It made little sense to me at the time until I learned his history
