You've chosen to publicly criticise one of the hardest-working, most supportive entities in the UK community because you're not getting the response you wanted. We are not a commercial operation. We are a small group of volunteers and BF runs every year at a massive loss. You are not owed anything.

It is totally entitled. What you're expecting from people giving up their time for free on top of day jobs is unreasonable. We cannot respond individually to 100+ requests for coverage/reviews every single week. Where do you honestly expect me to find the time for that?

You do realise Neil that we get over 100 requests a week for coverage, that we're all doing this around full-time day jobs, in our own time, and we may just have personal matters at any given time that take priority? There's only so much we can do and this is very entitled behaviour.
