Hun er ny høyesterettsdommer Therese Steen (52) har hatt en eventyrlig karriere. Hun gikk fra Regjeringsadvokaten til Statsministerens kontor, og går nå fra Norges Bank til Høyesterett. Hun har også vært dommer i Borgarting lagma...

For meg fremstår denne utnevnelsen som ekstremt politisk - og bør være høyst kontroversiell. Steen har lang fartstid ved SMK og har vært i hvert fall indirekte involvert i tunge politiske kontroverser. Dette er svært problematisk etter min mening - all kompetanse fra øverst i statsapparatet.
