I agree with you! Cardiogenic shock management is complicated - shock team and protocols help streamline care delivery. Always important to harken back to the original trial inclusion/exclusion criteria when applying trial outcomes to a situation.

Although rare, aortic valve stenosis can coexist with HCM with obstruction.
