Sure. Centralization. Except, some of the military won’t do that. And blue states (and states that, I don’t know, have actually read the Constitution?) will still cease funding a central government run by folks who are committing treason.

They are slow walking to a Civil War, but if they actually get it, they’ll lose blue state money, and then they aren’t going to have the funds to pay their military. Like the Confederacy, their script is going to be inflated and eventually worthless.

This is all so stupid. So. Stupid.

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

You have to impeach / convict each one of them, individually.

My comp class is built around Christopher Strain’s The Long Sixties. — We discuss all the various ways rights were won. They design research papers around whatever in The Long Sixties interests them.

7 weeks in, I’ve had 4 absences. Total. And the discussions. — Glad I’ve taught history!
