Thanks! This is based on the new feature of iOS 18 vehicle motion cues. If you have iOS, you can enable it from the accessibility settings. It worked so well for me that I had to do it for Mac.

And yay, 6 hour review!

The new version of carsick.app with background support is ready on the App Store! I was not sure Apple would allow it as I had to do a hack to keep the Bluetooth connection in the background.
