What you want is a class-action lawsuit to decide the limits of fair use for training.

Apple Intelligence doesn't appear useful and opens up incredibly unclear new vectors by which data may be exfiltrated from the device. I've turned it and Siri off.

Apple needs to do one and only one thing that they are already well-positioned to do: ensure all AI processing remains on device.
