This take on land mines is problematic. The push should be for responsible land mines that have technical safeguards and self-destruction mechanisms. Not asking Europe not to prepare for a Russian invasion.

This won't be easy, the plan is already ambitious and personnel- and defense industrial constraints are very real, but the times require it.
