As for me, I've published two books one in 2019 arguing for people to understand that there's a far right that isn't fascist, and one in 2021 saying "no platform" should be restricted to fascists and not other rightists. I argue those points in movements - don't always win! - but I do argue them

Also, what's the outcome in the short-term; will PA be treated as de-proscribed between now and the JR hearing; or will they and be protesters be subject to the terror consequences in the interim?

What does that mean concretely - what's the remedy? Is this just permission for more hearings, or is actually the proscription decision set aside (maybe for Home Office to make a fresh, proper decision, later)?
