Vast experience w/ Federal Bureau of Prisons here; I've had clients in facilities of every security level, 1 (camps, like FPC Bryant) through 6 (USP Marion & then ADX Florence).

Journalists & their interviewees need to stop saying G Maxwell's transfer to FPC Bryant is "unusual." It's *unheard* of.
