I see many founders with only a vague idea of who their customers are. In the early years, it’s crucial to be laser-focused on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). These are the people who will become your early adopters and truly recognize the value of your offering.

I agree!! It's just important to always be cautious of not being TOO nice. People tend to take advantage of the nice guy, unfortunately!
