Ro Khanna's district office will hold virtual office hours to offer resources and emergency casework for constituents after reports that ICE could be present at the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. I can do this too, including the order I took them, quarter by quarter.

The dream usually entails the whole quarter, not just the final exam: each week I miss the class for one reason or another, chastising myself the whole way for either missing the class or failing to withdraw in a timely manner.

One of mine is about forgetting to go to a language class that I registered for and then having to go sit the final exam, feeling utterly at sea, with the instructor glaring at me.

Right. Make the process more transparent, equitable, and functional at scale of demand. Obviously we want to screen out criminals, but a functioning process for the vast majority of people who want to make a life in the US would be more efficient & amplify ability of FBI et al. to address crime.

After we root out this authoritarianism and restore the republic, we should erect a monument to Alex Pretti for posterity. The man was a veritable American hero.

Reminder that Congress still has the authority and ability to put a stop to all of this right now. That may not be the case in another 6 mos. to a year. The time to act is now.
