I'm saying I believe the electorate as a whole may not look favorably upon the repeated use of that veto power. And even if I don't like it, it's hard to position any legislation as undemocratic when it is passed by a majority of legislators.

I think with this current political dynamic, and in the context of Evers' previous use of vetoes, that could paint him as more of the obstructionist.
