Not in the short term… but in the long term it will have a big impact. Corporations need to let real people buy homes.

It’s a little worrying. Okay maybe a lot worrying. Bubbles tend to go ‘pop’ — and a trillion dollar bubble pops very loudly.

It’s sad how far behind we are in America.

People say one thing but act differently because it’s convenient. It’s easy to say “I’ll stop using plastic” but buy a SmartWater at the airport.

This is why we need systems and policy to play a bigger role. We can’t expect people to get it right all or even most of the time.

I’m not sure MAGA sees it this way, or cares, unfortunately. I’d be very happy to be proven wrong, though, and for Congress to perform its Constitutional duty of checking the Executive’s power.
