All right, just turned in the last strips of my second year on FLASH GORDON. That's 730 installments in the bag -- appearing in a rough average of 1.5 panels per strip, I've drawn Flash about 1,095 times. Still takes me a couple tries to get his hair right. Tomorrow we start on year three ⚡

ComicBuzz has previews of the 35th Anniversary issue of the JUDGE DREDD MEGAZINE (out this month), feat. 'Letter From America' by me, Colin MacNeil, @dylanteague.bsky.social & Annie Parkhouse.

Colin drew the classic 'America' in the first issue of the Megazine so this is great-looking symmetry.

Only have a couple of bits of my own art hanging up in the house, this is by far for some reason my favourite from Stramash 1 it’s basically Buchanan Street circa 1950 in the snow.

Saturday bonus: my initial sketches for Hiza, the jacked-up cave world champion Bok will have to face again come Monday. She ended up a little slimmer in the actual strip because I felt the heavier look was taking away from the sense of height and reach that's so integral to her fighting style.

Many of the amazing artworks created for early Warhammer featured the same characters that you could buy from Citadel Miniatures.

This John Blanche troll is Shakined Bone Bender & you could find him as a C20 Troll sculpted by Alan & Michael Perry. Tony Ackland also drew him for a White Dwarf ad!
