Some teas even work better as cold brew than hot. Best cold brew I ever made was, of all things, a chocolate pu'er. Bought it as a novelty, and it was fine hot, but worked incredibly well as a cold brew.

It's a top five of all time for me, I've never encountered another game that's integrated its plot, story, music, game mechanics, and even freaking menu design so well into its themes.
