Despite ending up binging last night, I’m down 1.4lbs to 10st 11lbs / 151lbs

Woke up and had a coffee w/ oat milk, black coffee, and a Heinz immunity peach, apple & yogurt pouch (which taste pretty good for 61cals).

Spent half the day cleaning, and half the day playing xbox. Didn’t eat until 6pm. Had 3 sweet onion ryvita w/ 50% reduced fat garlic & herb cream cheese, sweet baby peppers, and piccolo tomatoes, drizzled with pizza express light house dressing. 292cals.

Hoping to avoid food until tomorrow morn.
