My fastest speedrun of VVVVVV was 40 minutes. I love that game!

Heroes was my favourite! I wish Alto Mare was fully in a game.

While I’m happy that you enjoyed BDSP, I’d much rather have a remake along the lines of FRLG, HGSS, or ORAS.

BDSP felt too much like the same DS games not much added, while remakes prior gave new life to each release.

It's always interesting watching characters coming from otherwise nothing, watching the creativity designers have when bringing characters to life.

It's cool how Puyo Puyo Tetris chose to bring characters alive from mere blocks, creating characters fans can love. (6/6)

While you have characters like O and Zed who are more obvious in their representations, Ess' smoothed umbrella pattern, Tee's disk points, and Ai's glasses hide each block in subtle ways.

Or with Jay & Elle, whose designs are full embodiments of the J and L blocks. (5/6)

This game introduced Starship Tetra: a spaceship housing characters based off of each Tetromino, the name for a Tetris block.

With names like O, Tee, Jay, and Zed, it's not hard to work out which Tetromino each character is, though the designs do harken back to their origins. (3/5)

So this is why they weren’t in Smash Bros Brawl.

Not saying these are not good consoles, they’re all great. But Nintendo have a habit of feeling on top of the world, and making mistake based upon expectations.

I love Nintendo, but their ego has always been their biggest downfall.

The Switch 2’s branding is good, but I can’t be optimistic yet.

Nintendo have a routine of their best selling systems being followed by financial duds.

The SNES’ overconfidence led into the N64. The Gameboy Colour’s led into the Gameboy Advanced. The Wii led into the Wii U, and the DS into the 3DS.

If I've ever needed motivation to start doing pixel-art again, I guess it's this.

It was written to be concerning. The main singer of The Police actually hated how people perceived it as romantic, when it was meant to be distressing.

But is that Wooper supposed to be there? And will they still be there tomorrow?

God I hope this console isn’t another Wii U.

Outside of having to report my own VG Facts page for being incorrect (sorry @vgfacts.com mods), I feel quite accomplished with bringing this story to a satisfying close.

Harvest Moon 64 does indeed have Tobacco.

Whereas drinking has a whole mechanic with systems attached, smoking only exists within the sprite of one character: Head Carpenter!

The game offers many types of plants to grow, but Tobacco is not one.

This has even caught out scientific research, with a 2001 study analysing adult themes in E rated games were stumped by the game's ESRB warning.

Harvest Moon 64’s Relationship With Alcohol, The "Magic Liquid" Of Flowerbud Village Surviving the censors

Harvest Moon 64's ESRB rating, while being an E for everyone, has a note afterwards "Use of Alcohol and Tobacco."

Now the game has alcohol and a lot of it, as @nintendolife.com has previously covered in more depth than I ever will.

DK: King of Swing sold poorly, and nobody really talks about it much. To be fair nobody really talks about Clu Clu Land either.
