Agreed! My only complaints from the stadium were waiting so long for subs and not including Kolmanic. Our team played great and on paper outplayed the supposed "better side" in every way except the one stat that matters. We finish better, and we are lifting that cup.

Spoke to #AustinFC ’s CJ Fodrey. His gf lives in Missouri but did not travel across MO/KS state lines Sunday to witness CJ scoring his first MLS goal (a game-winner). She had a good reason. She (a college senior) was busy scoring her first collegiate goal Sunday (also a game-winner).

He has scored 5 goals, and every goal has been the game winner. The definition of clutch!

I'd argue even as a western conference fan you should care. If we aren't fairly applying the rules, then we might as well have 38 friendlies followed by a crowning of Inter as MLS Cup champions. Fairness and consistency in rules is the only way sport works.

So pretty clear rules for Messi (and Miami) and rules for everyone else are still very different. It's so frustrating to see a league so committed to being blatantly unfair to benefit certain teams in the name of "growing the game". I just want a fair soccer league in the US, is that so hard to ask?

Not the central midfielder I expected to see leave this summer, but all of a sudden some other rumors make more sense. Hopefully, he continues building at Coventry and our incoming transfers fill his shoes well! Love to see our first true sell on to better leagues!
