I understand what you’re saying but I think you’re making my point that women’s ideas should be listened to and not balanced against the patriarchal structure that’s been in place. The playing field is not equal; the boxes to check are made up by and for men. Vote your conscience.

Whatever path the woman who is willing to be in leadership. We should listen to women like AOC who seem to be possible candidates and we don’t just decree that they must check certain boxes. We listen to their plan, and we set aside our preconceived notions of what makes someone “ready”.

That might not be the best or even an available path to get a woman into a position of executive leadership. I’m saying women shouldn’t need to follow the same steps men take. If we are able to open our collective minds a little more and follow the woman’s lead, maybe they have a better plan.

Normalize women in charge. Support women getting there. Challenge patriarchal thinking at every level and inside every one of us. It’s there and it isn’t working.

That’s a great start. I’m just saying what has worked in the past for men may not be how women need to do it.

How is a woman supposed to get the executive experience? Women have not had the luxury men have in being gently led into leadership positions with patience and assistance until they’re “ready”. Women have had to gain the experience as they go because they aren’t and won’t be given that luxury.

So let’s remind the country why the deranged narcissistic corrupt and mendacious old white guys are not the answer

You can change your tax status and defer payment for a year, then also request an extension to filing in the next year. Put the money you would have otherwise paid in into a bank account so you can pay it when the time comes, but this gives you a year and a half of not supporting concentration camps

We are in a state of collective denialism. And we have been there for a very long time. People truly lack imagination.

My average resting heart rate has been 5-8 bpm higher than the previous equivalent time period.

I was based a Bragg for awhile, if the Commander-in-Chief showed up and gave a political speech, as an officer I would been extremely concerned about it. A military facility is not the place for political speeches. If he told me who I had to vote for, I would have been pissed.
