A Harris County court had 800 eviction cases in one day. Is a solution possible? So many eviction cases were scheduled for one day that tenants and landlords spilled out of the courthouse lobby into the subfreezing parking lot.

Historic high: near 800 eviction hearings scheduled in 1 day (Gulfton area). Precinct boundaries need to be redrawn, or more courts added.
