The issue that I have with these statements is that it completely ignores hamas's tactics and shifts all blame squarely on Israel and you know it. It doesn't matter how "precise" Israel is. Hamas will guarantee Palestinian deaths are maximised.

No other nation would be as reserved as Israel giving warnings, loudspeakers, pamphlets, warning taps, etc. Israel has no intention of occupying or administering Gaza.

The fact that Israel has been able to conduct this war with as much discipline as they have and with only 54K casualties out of 2.1M puts IDF on par with COVID. Mind you the Gaza MoH doesn't distinguish between Hamas and civilians.
