I agree completely, depth isn't used. Howe relies on a game plan that requires player consistency, but that doesn't work when you've got three games a week

We have four high-quality centre backs. Granted, we could do with fullback cover on both sides.

Pope's a solid keeper, he just makes absolutely insane decisions at times (which I'm not defending).
