Pivotal week for us, 2 home games- Spurs who we seem to beat at SJP and are in poor form and Burnley who are odds on for relegation. 6points and could see us move up the PL table and set us up good for the derby. Lose either and, IMO, any European spot is likely too far for us this season #NUFC

Hope so, Dan Burn at LB doesnβt work.

Are we back? That was a class performance down on Merseyside, chalk and cheese compared to our last 2 away games in PL.Livramento and Hall was the missing ingredient IMO. Thiaw was an absolute bargain. Burn in CB amazing, please never play him LB again.St Nick offer so much than the π ever did #NUFC

Mad isnβt it? Has it ever been this tight so far into the season?

Whey that was class. What a difference Hall and Livramento made #NUFC

Aye we got rid of Wilson cos he was in the physio room more than the pitch and was getting on, then paid Β£60m for another old striker, also looking likely to spend half the season in the physio room and/or playing for Congo. Would only happen to us! π€£
21.11.2025 09:19 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0
Apparently Congo may not select him anyway as he will be so unfit
21.11.2025 09:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0
Apparently definitely not the next three games- maybe Spurs? Big maybe though. Heβll drawing his pension before he kicks a ball for us.

If only our team orbits around him because so far this season they havenβt been. The number of headers he has scored shows that, the team just doesnβt seem to include him in the play enough. Hope this changes soon.

Itβs all media talk, click bait.
16.11.2025 14:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
it would be extremely expensive (obvs not Β£1billion tho) and theyβd not get their return back with an extra 5-7k extra seats for decades. Even when extension was talked it didnβt even have boxes in it so donβt think that would be a goer either. We already have 52k so not exactly tiny anyway.
16.11.2025 14:46 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0
My thoughts are they wonβt spend Β£1billion on a new stadium until weβre regularly in Europe and pushing for a PL title. I donβt think weβre any where near that level. Imagine signing a cheque for Β£1billion for a 70k seated stadium and you get relegated? Iβd also be surprised they extend Gallowgate

And you know what in hindsight Iβd have sold Gordon to Liverpool that summer and kept Anderson and Minteh - I know no one had a crystal ball, but looking backβ¦.. Gordon never been the same when the rumour started we looked to selling him and heart doesnβt seem in it

I know last two the jury is out, but Wissa was panick buy at Β£60m and then getting injured really he was a mistake really, the whole reason was he immediately played when Isak left. Itβll be nearly Jan transfer before he plays properly (assume he doesnβt go to Afcon)
16.11.2025 13:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
Iβd question Matt Target, Chris Wood (clearly couldnβt play under EH coaching), Harrison Ashby (admittedly only cost Β£3m), Harvey Barnes (controversial I know but for Β£40m!), Osula, Lloyd Kelly (I know he was free and we made Β£ but he was π©), Elanga (early days I no), Wissa (old and hasnβt played)
16.11.2025 13:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0
Since PIF took over weβve spent Β£730m on 27 players. Net isnβt relative to this post is it, because I am saying weβre 9th in a 2025 PL table and it the cost of those players and their skills that got us to that position that is relevant not the net spend.
16.11.2025 13:51 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
All table positioning of any team has some context surrounding it. Ours in 2025 ainβt great, we should, after spending Β£800m not depend on Isak leaving, or Tino/ Lewis getting injured make such an impact, but here we are. Maybe poor recruitment seeing as there has been such flux behind the scenes
15.11.2025 16:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0
PL table for 2025. Has us mid table at 9th, behind Palace, Brighton and Brentford. Poor really considering weβve spent Β£800m in 4 years. Or is it considering where we were 4 years ago? Been a poor year in the PL though in EH tenure though Iβd say. #NUFC
15.11.2025 13:47 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
Rumours that weβre buying them? Can we buy all of them? Iβd keep Tonali, Bruno, Livramento and Hall, rest we can ship out and replace π€£

Opta predicting NUFC will finish 12th this season. Thatβs one hell of a drop off and no CL next season. That would be EHβs worst finishing position. Do we think he would be sacked in the summer or given at least the start of another season? #NUFC

Guess we will never know, but something is seriously wrong in the team currently. There was signs of it end of last season, last few games we didnβt look interested. I sometimes thinks Isak action may have been a realisation we ainβt gonna be the new Man City any time soon- βproject driftingβ

I am not sure the mechanics are in place in the board room to move on to phase two.

In the PL? People are too nostalgic , he won us a cup, heβd therefore be to me the best manager we have had, but all things come to an end.
09.11.2025 20:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
I find the blind loyalty to EH almost like a cult. Weβre only ever as good as the season weβre playing in. This season weβve played utterly rubbish, apart from Wolves I donβt think many are as bad. CL has made it feel weβre doing ok- but Union is tiny club and wud Benfica or athletic really cut it
09.11.2025 20:02 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0
or donβt win those home games then you may be right and he could be gone by Xmas. However, PIF are slow in acting, as weβve seen in the boardroom, so who would they bring in that quick?
09.11.2025 19:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0
I agree. The next games - Man City and then Everton away will result in zero points. The next two home games, Spurs and Burnley could save him time if we win (but not guaranteed) but then we are down the A19 in SoL and I expect to get absolutely smashed. If itβs really bad down there
09.11.2025 19:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0
team I donβt expect any points (we always seem poor after internationals anyway). The next two home games (spurs and Burnley) could save him time if we win (which isnβt guaranteed) cos then we have the Mackems- get thumped down there which is a real possibility and IMO time will be running out.
09.11.2025 19:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0
winning in CL we still looked uninterested and poor and then again the players donβt look arsed- this all with poor game management by EH we really are in the shit here. I think he has till the New Year, but things will get worse- we have Man City next, then Everton away- will confidence low in the
