Saison de Maison Blend 11 - 5.5%

This blend leans into the fruity side of things with pineapple jumping out alongside pithy lemon peel and an earthy, floral funk. You'll find poached pear, orange and ripe peach rounded out by freshly cut hay meadow aromatics and soft wood tannins.

Skof 108 - 4.6%

On the nose, this beer brings honey and peach blossom. Floral, fruity acidity leads on the palate with funky complexity following. Barrel tannins bring body and structure as well as soft, woody vanilla notes before a smooth, satisfying finish.

New Moon is our take on a gose, made with Sussex coriander seeds and Welsh sea salt for this British-wild take on a German classic. Spectral Diffusion is a collab with BarthHaas named after the Spectrum Ernest and Fuggle hops used in this beer. They've brought an intensely tropical hop profile!

Two Balance draught beers in matching glassware. New Moon is our take on a gose, funky, zippy and refreshing. Spectral Diffusion is a spectrum hopped Saison which is all tropical goodness!

We've been stepping up our production this year and we're really happy to be starting to release more in keg out to trade. You should be able to see Balance on taps more and more over the next twelve months starting with these two stunners: New Moon & Spectral Diffusion.

On Saturday December 13th we’re going to be feeling festive and putting on a day full of winter cheer and merriment for the final Block Party of 2025. We have three guests at the taproom in Dolphin Brewery, @kernelbrewery.bsky.social and @nightingalecider.bsky.social too!

We’ll have all of these in bottle and on draft at the taproom this Thursday as well as a brand new keg beer, New Moon, our first venture into Gose using Welsh sea salt and British coriander seeds. 🍻

We’ve got plenty of 750ml and 375ml bottles of each and you’ll be able to pick them up online from 11am or from the taproom from 5pm this Thursday.

This Thursday we will be releasing three beers in bottle for your pleasure and in good time to ensure those stockings are filled and the tree is adorned with festive funky bottles come Christmas.
