I've gotten used to Zdoom's autosaving at the start of each level thanks to its support of hub levels. Though Plutonia's not the best official megawad for relying on autosave on with the likes of Onslaught

That was a wild ride that I didn't want to get off of. A bit easier since there's no Archviles, but the Yellow and blue key room has 3 rough encounters and the final one of 20 Barons and 3 Cyberdemons had me super stressed out. Took me 12 restarts on Not Too Rough Difficulty and no revisit plans

Yeah, yeah, I believe that. Even both versions of the PSX Plutonia Experiment (though the Lost levels version more, of course. Even though I did Go 2 It PSXLL in continuous play on Not Too Rough, it was still a wild ride, even with the lack of archviles. Last encounter is 20 Barons and 3 Cybers!
