I love it in dungeon crawls. Ideally it should be something like D3+3 vs D6. But, gauging distance for a lunge or your opponent's ability to reach you is well-handled by roll and move. Speed is only constant when you move in a straight line and only for a short period of time.

What other board games deserve to be in the Olympics? We really enjoy this when we can stay awake. Appreciate that they cut to scoring rounds during prime time coverage…. ala the Highlights series of games from Mike Fitzgerald and Eagle Gryphon. There’s gotta be a design in here somewhere.

Ya. I have it in my mind to watch it again at some point. I definitely could appreciate certain aspects of the production (and the main character's acting), but the main issue for me was certain disjointed parts took away from it's coherence. (Again, I should give it another go). See what I missed.

I don't want to hear nothing about the players. Give the winners $1 million for winning the dunk contest and some kind of cash for winning the game on Sunday. You can't just ask people to care when the whole media ecosystem won't STFU about "rings".

I love the idea of the "gods we are left with today" are purely based on the collision of beliefs in a certain part of the world and what we have no is just the dust-settling watered down version of whatever was kicking around back then.

Ankh. But, I've still never played Chaos or Cyberpunk (I love Godfather so want to try it). Ankh I love because of the absolute scramble and desperate betrayal that takes place when the game shifts to the combined god phase, and (to me) it somehow works magically as a 2p game. I also love the theme.
