Possibly a female Tigrosa aspersa (Tiger Wolf Spider) Looks like colour of this species varies from light brown to black. A similar looking one in this site bugguide.net/node/view/13... Looks like it can bite but the venom is not dangerous: pictureinsect.com/wiki/Tigrosa...
