It's still weird that there's no war to begin with, not that I'm suggesting there should be.

Donald Trump Jr. has all-of-a-sudden developed a remarkable investing track record.

Nice to see the kid find his footing at last.

They are beating people who maybe once had a broken taillight and sending them to foreign slave prisons while freeing the worst fraudsters and every corrupt pol. The juxtaposition is so stark and appalling.

Now he’s running for public office as a Republican.

Fairhope Public Library accepts donations to cover withheld state… The Fairhope Public Library was presented with over $42,000 in donations from EveryLibrary during its regular meeting Monday. The funds were raised after…

Alabama officials cut off funding for a public library that refused to bar access to the "The Handmaid's Tale" and other books they deemed sexually explicit to anyone under 18.

Thankfully, @everylibrary.bsky.social has stepped up to provide funding to allow the library to remain open for now.

Congressman Henry Cuellar was indicted for money laundering, bribery, and conspiracy, allegedly taking about $600,000, mostly from Azerbaijan, to influence U.S. policy.

President Donald Trump pardoned Cuellar, because Trump supports money laundering, bribery, and conspiracy.

Kushner’s Moscow mission wasn’t just corrupt. It was unconstitutional. Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, has been traveling the world to participate in high-stakes foreign policy negotiations on behalf of the president.

1. Jared Kushner's trip to Moscow yesterday was not just unethical; it was illegal.

You cannot accept tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and simultaneously conduct high-level diplomacy for the federal government.

It says it right in the Constitution.

At the same time, new conservative jurisprudence appears poised to enhance the power of the executive branch. A series of cases at the court suggest that the court’s conservative majority is prepared to give the executive branch more deference. Progressives have railed against this jurisprudence, but if the long-term effect of these rulings is to give the administrative state more discretion to act with greater alacrity, then progressives, once elected, should be able to use it to much the same effect.

Lesson 6: If you have a theory of the Supreme Court that does not include political ideology, its going to be wrong. During the Biden administration it was all major questions because they did not like his policies, and during Trump it is mostly unitary executive, because they do.
