Cancer induced FoxP1 expression in muscle reprograms muscle clock output. Why does this matter? By co-opting normal clock output, FoxP1 is disrupting homeostatic pathways important for muscle health. We posit that this clock disruption could be a factor contributing to cachectic outcomes.

Interesting study, nice work. Looking at Figure 3. Is sarcomere length different in the VL compared to soleus, gastrocnemius muscles?? Or could that reflect joint position at fixation??
