I started in 1978 before our first child came, twice a week. She never had store bread until she was almost two and stayed with her grandmother.

I love to travel, and have spent a lot of time calculating distances and times. Force of habit.

I miscalculated something. 8:45 - 6:26 is 9:41.0 by my figures, less 3 hours for time zones. I thought five hours would more than cover it, based on flights I’ve taken from Charlotte, NC to Portland, Oregon.

What did I miss?
