Um, no, I have no idea how you read that into what I said. e/acc emerged as a synthesis of those two currents. Andreessen's Techno-Optimist Manifesto cites both Ray Kurzweil and Nick Land as "Patron Saints of Techno-Optimism".

Only the name is new tho. Libertarian transhumanism has been around since the beginning of transhumanism (indeed predating social-democratic transhumanism: web.archive.org/web/20230602...), while Nick Land's neoreactionary turn is from the late aughts/early tens.
