Was having knee & back problems so a few months ago I started a pretty intense regime that includes PT, yoga, weight training, and sauna & cold plunge and my body is so tired that my mind is quiet.

Honestly, I highly recommend this approach given the current state of the world.

On International Whores' Day, I found out that my 19-year-old son's girlfriend's parents are forbidding her from coming to my house to visit with him because they did a deep dive, found my writing, and think I'm a corrupting force.
