Exactly. Thats how I was able to stay at the Millennium Biltmore nearly every time I had TDY in downtown LA - I knew they always had at least several rooms set aside at the GSA LA per diem rate.

It’s absolutely harder than it looks! I “ran” a marathon exactly one year ago that I knew going into I was in no shape to finish anywhere near my original goal. Ended up run/walking every quarter mile from mile 20 onward, and it was a personal worst (5:34 and change). You can’t YOLO a marathon.

I’ve been using Tapestry on iOS for months now. It’s great as a reader, as it can show you a combined feed from Mastodon and Bluesky (and others) and will not show duplicate crossposts. My only complaint is that to post / reply it takes you to an in-app browser view.
