As a half-deaf gay man I’ve spent my whole life fighting for a seat at the table and with the way things are going in the world it’s more important than ever for those of us who can, to speak up and fight for our rights and protections on set.

Folks. It is vital that we spell out what DEI means. So when we are talking about it say Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Make them say that they don’t value diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Much harder to do away with that if you’ve said the actual words out loud! 💜💜💜
