I met him briefly less than a year before he died and his number one issue at that crazy, post 9/11 time was child sex trafficking. I am now wondering if he found out too much. RIP to a great leader who truly cared about us and our children.

There has to be complicity from a large number of compromised Dems as well.

I agree they probably feel threatened - he runs all his businesses (and our government) like a mob boss. Robert Reich also talked this week about the 2 types of Dems - us and corporate Dems who effectively block progressive leadership.

So many politicians in both parties are beholden to corporate or foreign donors or are otherwise compromised. I would honestly like to see both parties dissolved and fresh started.
