30.01.2026 14:14 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 1Totally understand how you are feeling. Just popping here to tell you yout brain is lying to you and that you did that because you smashed it. You. Not because you exaggerated anything.
28.01.2026 06:57 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0FWIW I think that this is exactly what making Twitter untenable for a lot of us was about; Destroying our networks, and by doing so breaking connections and community, and in doing so wearing down our hope that together as a collective we CAN make a difference. We can. We still can.
22.01.2026 21:50 β π 29 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0You mean you don't interprecate data regularly?
20.01.2026 21:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0You kill me with you humour sometimes π
20.01.2026 21:32 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We must persist but it is bloody tough. Trying to just ignore everything because what else can we do?
20.01.2026 21:31 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I've gone for reading fantasy novels because dissociation is easy that way
20.01.2026 21:29 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0You all fairing alright because it's quite challenging to not absorb all of the bin fire of news at the moment isnβt it?
20.01.2026 21:08 β π 25 π 1 π¬ 4 π 1I don't think I'm being dramatic when I say that workloads going from 5 person teams to 1 person has the potential to harm. It's egregious.
15.01.2026 22:42 β π 17 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Having the patio redone and got a time capsule because why not? What am I putting in it?
15.01.2026 21:15 β π 7 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0I'd like to just try the meds see if they work at all, and if they don't, fine. Itβs being treated like I'm desperate for access to stimulants that really gets me. No. I just want to know if it might help.
14.01.2026 09:22 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This hits hard this morning. I have ADHD. I was diagnosed via Right to Choose.
I am currently being denied access to meds because the NHS are refusing to, despite me following due process as they are prioritising younger people due to lack of funds.
Wouldn't deny me heart meds though would they?
For what it's worth I think all of the following can all be true at the same time:
-Detection of microplastics via analytical techniques can be really challenging due to detection limits
-Some scientific papers out there are poor and lack rigour
-Microplastics are bad for human health

24.11.2025 14:36 β π 5 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Some people mistake making connections & networking with subservience & authority-pleasing. Wrong. You can be an effective influencer on real life outcomes even with saying non-conforming stuff. This is how we make meaningful change. Donβt believe that agreement is always the route to getting heard.
