Not knowing what would actually be the outcome of all the random clips was different from my usual approach. I usually want some sort of plan in place that can flex with reality. This time—for the whole series!—I didn’t have an end goal until after the trip ended.

But I gotta say—it was a challenge to put myself on camera as often as I did. I was often very #selfconscious of speaking to a phone in public spaces.
